What we do?

At Bellevue, we encourage all people in the church to get involved in the life of the church. Overseeing this are the elders and our full-time pastor, Paul Graham.

We meet together frequently to worship God, to study the Bible, and to encourage and pray for one another. We warmly welcome visitors to our meetings.

For what’s on this week please see the panel on the Home page.

The church is not a building – it is all about people coming together from many walks of life to worship and serve God. If we don't build personal relationships in church, we'll feel unsatisfied and isolated. God’s vision for His church is for a community of believers.

At Bellevue we enjoy church lunches together on the first Sunday of each month, and we set aside other times to come together as a church and in smaller groups involving various ages and interests such as prayer meetings, youth groups, book groups, young people’s lunches and sports.

Every two weeks we run Home Groups in a number of locations around the city where we come together to study the bible, share experiences and enjoy building friendships. Ideally, we would love every person connected with our church to be involved in some kind of small group in order to grow as a Christian and to enjoy real fellowship with others.

Since home groups are the place where you are known best by others in the church, they can automatically become the primary place where you are cared for. They are also the place where you have the best opportunities to give and receive support.
