We begin by discussing what, “Finding Life” might mean to a young person. “Fruit” in the term “fruitful life” is suggested to be, “The Fruit of The Spirit” and is contrasted with “the acts of the sinful nature” (Gal 5). Attention is now directed to Jesus’ statement, “I AM The True Vine” in John 15 and His teaching on the intimate relationship between Him and His disciples. His call and command to, “remain in Me” is key to this relationship, and is discussed in detail. The amazing parallel Jesus draws between His relationship with His Father and His relationship with us is presented. This shows that keeping His commandment to, “love each other as I have loved you” is the key to living a fruitful life! The conclusion is drawn that, “Finding a Fruitful Life” is crucial, as it is the only kind of life worth living!
